Go Online — Terms of Service

To use Go Online you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact support@igniterapp.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on Go Online, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

The price of each course appears on the Service in Indian Rupees, taxes included where applicable. Razorpay processes all payments securely, and we retain only a transaction reference — never your card details.

All transactions are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update prices, but changes never apply retroactively to courses you already own.

Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, Go Online does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Online is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

The content and branding on Go Online, including videos, notes, mock tests and logos, are the property of Go Online or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. No ownership rights pass to you by using the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the academy ceases operating on the platform.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not pirate, copy, or redistribute content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

These Terms are subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

From time to time we may amend these Terms. Important updates will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date above refreshed; by continuing to use Go Online you agree to the updated Terms.
